This is a little compilation I made. It is mainly intended for beggining modders, but anyone who needs the tools can use it. The only thing I couldn't get a hold of is the right version of GG's Reflexive Chunk Adder (The one that supports third-party plug-ins).
It is neatly organized in a n00B-friendly fashion, NOT IN AN EXE. I don't like mod program comp's in .exe. When you have them in folders as I do, it is customizable, easier to use, and doesn't have distracting flashy graphics. Some like this, others don't, do what you like.
This has all the programs I can think of, and Yelo. It has quite a few Tutorials. Some written by me, some from here, and a few came with a compilation I downloaded.
