Sorry, all the "Bigger BSP" talk in the forums these days, has got me all wierded out.

This will still be very usefull when injecting new sounds and such :wink:

And much more AI stuff like the [char] tags with all the bipd, vehi, and weap stuff that transfers with it. ;)

Yeah, I am gonna finish my AI mod. It's size was 110-125mb last time I checked.

Hmm.. Yeah good point Scotty.. Guys, Don't use this tool just to throw random stuff in your mods. please? PLEASE make your mods great ones and if it does come near the limit then use this.

Its possible to do it now, but this program doesn't do it. All it does is edit the MP map to make it's MB Size over the 80 MB limit. This has nothing to do with BSP size.

I hope you guys realize what WE CAN ALL do now!

Does this mean, every single bsp can now be converted?

Also, this app is cool, but i dont like how i dont hear a "Ding, Congradulations, you have just increased your map size to INFINITY!" or something...

This application does not make larger bsp's possible, or more chunks addable into your map.  It simply makes it so your filesize can be larger. (i.e. we can add more sounds...more ai components...)

I made a class to do it. Just add it into the entity project

Then use it like this

if an app is released with the bigger bsp conversions, then this app wil be of use to me because the new bsp would make the map size pretty big im thinking so u wouldnt have to worry about adding machs or hlmts to the map and the file size going over :)

As mcGEE stated, Quality > Quantity (in most cases)

People, please read. It's surprising after a discussion about this not relating to BSP's then people come in ago "omg leik evry BSP lawl" Just read, before you post.

Good work Metal/T1x this could have helped the Tokyo mod a lot, nevermind... can always release a v.2 :)
