Except for the fact that the grass decorators have 0 vertices so when you multiply by :insert number here: nothing happens, trust me I tried. (Well either that or I have done something completely wrong and if I have please don't refrain to educate me)

Have you figured much out about decorators? I've never been able to inject them from map to map. If I remember correctly I couldn't even swap decr objects within the same map and get them to spawn. Maybe you know why?

We'll ive done a fair amount of research on decorators and from what i tell they are bsp specific, i plan to do abit more research to figure out exactly how thier spawned but thats all i know about them atm.
