I havn't seen a tut for this yet, but, here is the Ivory Tower mod of which G.I.R. refers to. ;)

I personally, like using the Lockout gravlift shader for my plasma doors, just looks cooler, IMO. ;)

Um, you might want to add this to your signiture of tutorials stolen. How, may I ask, did you get pretty much the almost exact tut that Team Lost Mods was to release? If you didn't get a leak or anything, nice tut man :)

I'm not sure. Because I was at my moms when I wrote this tutorial. (Which means I did not have internet.) However, I went to my friends house later on that day and uploaded it. I promise to everyone here, I did not see another tutorial on how to do this. I wanted to have the Halo 3 Shields that you could walk through, yet not be able to shoot through, so I looked around in entity for a while. Then I thought about the map in campaign where that heretic elite runs into that room and hides. The blue looks pretty cool, so I used that one. Then, I remembered the shield from the scarab and that was the biggest one that I could find. I actually tried the covenant_portable_shields first. So, yea. Take it however you want. I can only tell you the truth, I cannot make you believe it. :wink:

TLM was going to release this, but it seems to me they are dying or dead...

They said they were making a tut about 2 months ago. So nice I guess for people who didnt know about phmo.

Shade made a tool for extracting/injectinh PHMO models, here it is:
shade45 wrote: Ok progress has been made here

Ive found the verticies reflex at offset 128 heres the code for it

Code: Select all

  <struct name="Verticies" offset="128" visible="true" size="16" label="">
    <float name="X" offset="0" visible="True" />
    <float name="Y" offset="4" visible="True" />
    <float name="Z" offset="8" visible="True" />
    <undefined name="Unknown" offset="12" visible="False" />
  </struct>

I also made i quick app to extract/Inject the phmo verticies

To use:
-Open your map up in this app
-Enter the offset of the phmo tag u want to extract the verticies for then click load verts
-Then choos extract or inject :D

This will only inject phmo models with the same amount of verticies

Ive also included a patch for coagulation that has a banshee with edited phmo if you want to try it

My tutorial is without error. It was your fault not the tutorials.

However, that is not what you are saying. It should be showing up.
Can you please go into more detail with your problem?

Thanks, thirst.
