[app] UVPG (Universal Halo Post Generator)

I have been asked a few times to do this, so I took some time off my
CURRENT PROJECT to do this.
This is simply the postgen from
Universal Halo as a stand-alone application. it has a few added things, but nothing significant to change how it runs.
I am not going to retype it so to learn how to use it, click on the help tab and read it from there.

i think its great and all but the design and how u post like certain ways u said stuff and how its built is sloppy good job though 5/10

It would be much easier to use the online ones. Still good job on it.

Oh and sry for not explaining, but this app has a few questions that you fill out, then you click generate and it automatically turns it into a forum post. This way you can create posts on say halomods(here) and you don't have to spend hours typing in every last bit of information.
