[App] Plugin Creator

What we have here is a application that will make the process of creating XML plugins, or modifing XML plugins, EASIER.

Built by: Superaison and Kayuni, With the help of r4ndom.

yeah this actually seems to be really helpful. but i actually wouldnt know
since i have NO clue as to how to write in xml, write pluggins, or whatever.
mehbeh i should learn eh? :wink: great job anyways!

Nice app, I don't know much about XML plugins, but from the look of this it should help people alot.

If you like this then just wait, we are currently working on IFP support. Hopefully it will be out soon, and we may make a beginner's tutorial for making plugins as well.
