Has anyone ever heard of VSide? Its a virtual teen hangout, dance club, and lounge. You can visit its website here.
It has ambient music that goes with different areas of the game, you can also request different songs on VSide's international forum.

As you can plainly see, its pre-cel-shaded, has a built in AIM, friends list, Avatar customization, a store (Yes, you have to pay for items like clothes and glasses), and a mood option that determines the way you walk, stand idle, and dance.
