I hope you will be able to customize the dashboard background, the gray looks a bit boring.

I hope it's set up so that theme backgrounds for the certain sections will apply in place of the blandness.

I always figured they would just have a bunch more downloadable Portal levels instead of actually making a new game. I mean... the story wasn't really something that I needed to see carried out.

But Portal is a tiny game. They want to reach the audience of people who may want to play it, but not pay $60 just to do so.

The guy drumming in Wii Music did a good job of showing how robust the gameplay is.

"The gamerpics and themes you downloaded will work with NXE."

I bet someone feels a bit stupid now. :P

What a very shallow analysis.
They present it as an option for people who want more control, and it comes with a major title that uses it at no additional cost.

I maintain that they were stupid to not show that in their demo. Then again, they also failed to talk about the hard drive thing, so I'm not surprised at their overwhelming oversights.

It only comes with one though \=
Still, even if it looks cheesy when you have a group of friends over (a friend of mine bought the wii board) it is actually quite entertaining. The motion plus makes me curious at how well the sword thing works

And how many games did they show that need it?
One.

The sword mini-game uses two people, and you'll most likely be playing with more than yourself.
But there's no point in talking about it, they still give one free as you said which is much better than none.

The sword game doesn't necessarily need it. The point they made was that it captures side-to-side twisting motion, which is unnecessary in using the swords.
