My 360 is in a very small space with stuff stacked ontop of it. I literally almost have it running the entire day and I've never had a problem.

I got it the day it came out too.

Mine is just sitting, sideways, on my entertainment center...I did make a little K'NEX stand for it so it's raised about 1 inch up.

yea i looked more into it and the only option is the USB fan, the Nyko Intercoolers take away from the Xbox360s required voltage and overtime ruin the parts inside from them not getting enough power, another tip i found, any non licensed accessories such as the intercooler voids your warranty and when you call in when it breaks they ask you if uve used one, if u say yes u pay for the repairs and ur not covered, i personally am gonna use a House fan and have it aimed towards the back of my xbox so i get suffecient cooling, no possible issues, and dont void my warranty.
Don't be.

Mine has overheated a few times. That was because of being in a somewhat confined space though along with the fact that the vents were dusty. No real problems with it though.
