Caffeine intake topic

One energy drink just about everytime I go skiing (once a week w/ the ski club).

Four cups of coffee the night before a project is due.

2g of it pre-workout.
I won, once again.

EDIT: I guess it equates to 25 RedBulls. Though I take mine via 500mg pills.

I try to drink some tea every day, but I don't really drink any other caffeinated beverages. After drinking a Red Line I came to the realization that caffeine has very little affect on me.

That, and for some reason, I always feel more lively after drinking just an Arizona tea or any other brand. Caffine can wake me up on the rare occasion, but I usually crash really hard an hour later. Tea makes me happy; it doesn't really wake me up all that much, but I feel good.

@DrXThirst: Sprite and Gatorade are cool...I don't see how you can live without other caffeinated drinks though. o_o

Veegie, start taking them about 30 minutes before your workout. It's better for your body.
2g is actually pretty healthy for you, excluding your liver, and even there it isn't that bad.

Just in case you thought I thought you were taking 500mg, I know you take 2g, I was just saying that 500mg is a lot from my experience. I took 500 and was wired, something is not right if you need 2g of caffeine.
