I think I will vectorise that and make it huge for people who wants ass for wallpapers. I say that because I'm assuming you're doing it in photoshop...

It's Windows XP with the installed-on-all-Windows-operating-systems theme, Windows Classic.

I like the 2000 look as well, but I'm using a custom color scheme, not boring ol' standard.

Edit: Though you can hardly tell by the screenshot.
That theme was always the most fun to mess around with.

I've never liked Windows Classic. I used the Latoyce theme when I used Vista, but I like the default Windows 7 theme.
