Taking high res capture card screenshots?

Just wondering how to take those really high res pics I see some people taking that look like they were snatched right off the xbox, and not off of a video. Any screenshots I take look just like video quality, but I'm looking for really good screenshots quality. I use ATI TV wonder pro, can anyone help?

All of those pics were mostly taken by the Halo Screencap Trainer. Get ot from the Files Forums. It's the best Trainer ever!
