this funny educational comic pardoys off teenage mutant ninja turtles, and is pretty humerous. it's amazingly stupid, and unbelievable that anyone would actually publish it... i actually think it's from MAD, but there's not enough swearing, sexual themes, or political and celebrity jokes...
