You guys in the US or wherever will have to check, your laws are probably different to ours... over here in 'Roo-land I can get a gun license now (I'm 16) and probably will pretty soon. Then I'm gonna get the 1903A4

Same gun as featured in many, many WWII games and movies, and one of the best sniper rifles of all time.

Stupid thing is... BB guns are illegal here. I hate retarded gun laws. Like, "oooh it has a pistol grip and it's black, it MUST be an assault rifle!" ... now tell me, where's the damn logic in that.

I've got a Walther P99 BB Magnum, and my brother has a Semi-Auto SMG and a Shotgun. All BB guns. I like BB guns more than real guns.

BB guns are kinda like training guns. they're not as powerful or accurate as real guns, but they're quieter, lighter (most of the time), cheaper, and easily obtainable ammo.

airsoft guns are fun when you have a bunch of other kids your playin with. otherwise, they're basically wimpy BB guns.

and when i can, i'm gonna load up on guns.

btw: yeah, i'm in the US, so i have the right to own a weapon, but lawmakers are getting crafty like lawyers and making all sorts of restrictions, so for all i know, i'll only be able to own a hunting weapon with 3 rounds max

yeah.

besides, real guns have a much higher muzzle velocity and much heavier projectiles, and 90% of guns have rifled barrels, so they're going to be a million times more accurate than some BB gun.

well, with a BB gun, depending on which one, the pain can be lingering and make a person suffer. If he shot someone with a real gun, the pain(depending where he's shot, could be quick and painless.

I'd rather have the real thing anyways, besides, I need a proper rifle for when I move to our farm in a year and a half.

But yeah, our gun laws are really stupid, I don't see the logic in them either. The only reason I can think BB guns are illegal is because people might hold up banks and shit with them because they look real. We had a hold-up at the bank a few minutes' drive down the road, mum went to get some money out or something and there were cops everywhere and a gun was lying on the floor...

I want to buy an airsoft gun because you cant have a REAL gun war, because A. the neighbors would get pissed because of all the loud bangs.
B. The police would show up and wonder wtf is going on in my backyard.
C. Bullets hurt

D. I dont really feel like killing my friends.

I like airsoft guns because you can shoot your friends with them without killing them or evidence of killing them >_> lel

In California, I believe you have to be 18 to own a gun license. Not sure if the rest of the US is the same.

You have to be 18 to purchase airsoft and painball guns (in california, at least) , but you can own them at any age.
