If I was on a jury, I would say you're guilty, Forge.

Those are my MLG team forums. We lost our server a while back and are just recently opening back up with a newer, faster, better server.

Your biased analysis of portable music players and apparent arrogance is boring.

"Super easy and amazingly innovative touch control"
Loaded statement.

"Completely fucking awesome great sound quality excellent design premium earbuds with a fabric wire for no tangling or kinks whatsoever that cost $40 separately" vs. "Shitty quality earbuds that fall out of your ears and hurt after a few hours of listening"
Complete bias, any attempt to convey your points as being fair and balanced is gone.

"0m3g4Muff1n987's awesome amazing blog. You'll find lots of intelligent points about my opinions in here instead of unsupported, uncreative arguments like a lot of people do. Check it out, seriously, it pwns u. Leave me some comments."
Sounds like you've managed to break that promise within your first criticism post, I just pointed out a few unsupported, uncreative arguments. And no, your blog does not exert dominance over your readers.

Boring? How?

Loaded? And yeah, I know, that was kind of overzealous

I never said my blog was fair and balanced. :P But that fabric wire thing is win, you have to admit.

Yeeeeah... I was kind of rushing because I had to get off when I was deciding what to put in there. I debated whether or not to put that in there because I thought it made me sound too critical (a little TOO much like Maddox...) but I was like "what the heck, mb I'll change it l8r lolol"
Tural wrote:And no, your blog does not exert dominance over your readers.
I was kidding about the "it pwns u". BTW, pwn is not the same as own, so it doesn't own them, it just pwns them. And it might not even pwn everyone, like you for instance (and most other people from HM) because you obviously seem smarter than me. People from my school will read it though and they're stupid so it always pwns them.

Comparisons are not interesting unless they give a fair view of both players. You focused on all of the good points of the Zune and none of the good points for the iPod, which, I must say there are.

As far as I can tell from your "review", the Zune is so great because of the headphones it comes with. That says a lot for the device itself.

Actually, I took all of my information from http://www.zunescene.com/comparison/ and they look very unbiased. And I did point out a few of the good points in the chart. But really, there's not that much more to say about the iPod than that. BTW I never said the Zune was so great because of the good headphones. There's tons of other features. But I'm saying it's a great deal because you can pay the same amount as the iPod, and get amazing $40 earbuds along with it that you won't have to buy separately and ratchet the price up to almost $300.

Yes, when including all of the information. You took the parts you liked and used them.

Nope. I took the parts that I thought were necessary for the argument. And what I did leave out, was either good for both the Zune and the iPod, or good for the Zune and not the iPod. For example, portrait mode. It's painfully obvious that they both have portrait mode, so why include it? And the manufacturer; who cares? One exception I do see is the click wheel. But I've seen on reviews of iPods that the click wheel was annoying, and even if it wasn't, it's not really an advantage anyway. In fact, it could be considered a disadvantage because it takes up more room on the device and leaves less room for the screen. I also left out some of the dimensions, but the changes are so minor that no one really cares anyway.

I've made this site for my friends:
http://halotech.org/geemc/halo3.html

Its basic, it sucks, its loaded externally (so Anthony doesn't explode with rage after giving me hosting for geemc)...BUUUUT its a kool place to put all our Halo 3 shenanigan screenshots when my friends and I play :)

edit: kudos+credit goes to AngryCamel for the background image.

I rather dislike the lined background. It's too strong, causing it to clash with the text and the gradient. It's not pleasing to look at anywhere, really. :|

Scotty, this screenshot: Click because URL was long. If you imagine that spartan in the air falling/flying towards the camera, that could be a really cool "blam impact" action shot. =o

Or am I just crazy?

Of course. It's perfect logic! :P
I like 24 hours and the day/month format. And SI units.
