Sure don't. Any idea what his major might be?
Political Science.
And if not him what about a Montie King, or anyone from Brady, TX for that matter?

oh wow, i missed this thread. i just skimmed the first page and skipped back here, so if i missed anything related to my post, lemme know.

as for me, i'm going to coolege (university) in michigan. sucks because up here, what with the northern orientation and daylight savings time, it starts getting dark around 5pm.

EDIT: oh yeah, and it's cold outside.

...Winter time = cold(er)? ;x
Utah also gets dark quite soon. Considering coming from Georgia where it was getting dark at 9 PM just a few weeks ago.

Gametag and Tural want me to go to UNL, but I'm not too sure about out of state tuition.
But I'll apply once I get clearance from the Doc.

yup, this winter's gonna be another fun one in michigan. in fact, it snowed today, it just didn't stick. the worst part will probably be walking across campus for class, what with the wind and all. it's times like that i'm glad i have a scarf.

also, UNL? university of nebraska?

We got some snow out here at CU - boulder the other day but it didn't last for more than a few hours.

I'm going to be going to UVU, I've decided. For sure.
Now I'm split whether to do Graphics Design or Digital Media. DM is more 3D junk, but it's for sure technology oriented. Graphics Design way include physical art, which I am complete rubbish at.

K_B, if you decide to go in-state, do UVU. >_>

speaking of attrition rates, it's been eerie seeing my precal class go from 300 kids to, well, much less than that, but maybe it's just because i'm taking the 8am class.

oh, and LOL @ all the kids that only show up for exams. they miss out so much from not going to lectures. oh well, it's only hurting them, and helping the curve in my favor.

and as for any computer science majors like me, future job demand is looking really nice :D. i, for one, welcome my 80k/yr paycheck straight out of college.

I'm doing Weber State.. Their engineering programs are said to be the best there is. Electrical engineering 4 me.
Not only that, it's a really nice place and it's close to home, so I don't have to move out or anything.

I hear that a lot. Computer stuff seems to be UVU's emphasis, and their labs are pretty cool. I took a tour yesterday, and all of the Digital Media professors were at a conference, so I didn't get to ask questions. :(

My sister went to Weber State and loved her general classes. As soon as she started her major in Radiology, however, she found out the professors in that field were more or less retarded.
I for one think Weber State's school song is homophobic...

That might be a good idea. My friends are going to the UofU, but most of them are still 4 months from coming home from missions, so I dunno if they'd want to room together.
My only objection is UVU is too close to BYU. I hate Provo. :/
I have seen UVU's computer labs though.. they're quite nice. I also think it's a pretty good Computer Science school.

shadowkhas, you still need to look up your year books and see if you know of an Eric Bickmore. Where are you staying now?

say, since we have quite a few people here in college, and a few are going into tech degrees, is there anyone taking math right now? i've got precal now, and calculus next term, so if we start some sort of math help thread, we could all benefit.
