No I wasn't implying I wanted credit.
I was just making a little joke.

usually, you could imply emotion and tone by text style, but since it seems that Veegie rarely types using some other style, It'd be hard to gage.

i've got a great setup except for the depth of my desk. because my dual monitors are CRTs, i need to push them to the side to fit them both on my desk. plus, because my 'desk' is actually a stained and clear-coated piece of plywood, i'm afraid while i'm in bed i'll hear the crash of my secondary monitor (the one on the right) snapping that corner of the desk off and crashing violently to the ground. i think it'll be fine though, because i do have a support under that corner. however, whenever weight over a pound or two is added or removed from that corener, it shakes up and down a bit....

anwyays, here's my setup and specs

[pics coming soon, issues with memory card]

AMD athlon 64 3200+ -- 1989.1 MHz
Radeon X800 -- it runs oblivion decent at 800x600 with light bloom, max actor, item, landscape, and tree view distance, max water effects, tree shadows, now grass (tried it, just too much)
1279 MB DDR RAM -- don't ask about the number, just approximate 1.5 GB. a 512 stick (i think) plus a 1GB corsair stick. with lights on it.
160 GB HDD -- another relative guess, syspec gave me the size in bytes...
misc. -- DVD/CD burner, cd drive, 7 USB ports, 6-7 different memory card ports. dual monitors, both CRT, one ~17", the other ~21". primary resolution 1280x1024, secondary resolution 1600x1200. primary wallpaper: order & chaos jpg i made. secondary wallpaper: that image adultswim had a while ago with the brackets around a cloud being lit up by sunlight. once i find one, i'll link to it.

Same for me, that's very strange. Maybe it's the way FireFox handles .BMP's.
