Windows Vista

To get Vista running on here, I'd have to go blow about $500 on the a new motherboard and CPU and more RAM... and even though I have 200GB of storage here, I fill it up like you wouldn't believe...

For now, I'm happy enough with XP. I see no real reason to switch to Vista, not yet, anyway.

haha i go to microsoft playtest groups and as gratuity they offer there latest software, as soon as it comes out it will be available for free for me, all i have to do is go play a video game for 2 hours then write up a review and do a little quiz on it. booyah!

Not anymore. With Apple's move to Intel processors, they now share an architecture, meaning Windows can be run natively on Macs (using BootCamp, or emulated using Parallels), allowing them to play any game that can be played on Windows.

Well, I already knew apple ditched their processors and moved to intel, but I didn't think they could run Windows applications....But despite hearing this...I still recommend Vista due to the fact that....Windows is better......

That's a bold statement. I would say that OS X is faster, cleaner, and much more polished than Windows, but that's just me.

I'm not insulting, I'm complaining because I'm dissatisfied with their products. I don't see where you see that I insulted Microsoft. I was simply noting to Malf that it almost definitely will have bugs. Last time I looked, that's not insulting.

I don't hate either. The reason why I'm here is that I like to mod halo and help people mod halo. I've become a member of the community and I'd like to contribute to the community by expressing and explaining my opinions on issues and topics. Because after all, it's a community of halo modders, not a shrine to halo and microsoft.

The main reason I want windows Vista is because of Halo 2 PC, and it also supports 64 bit and dual core processors.
