Ok, at first I was with you a little bit until I read that the part about him spamming, he didn't have to be so immature about it. Yes...spamming wasnt needed, but its human nature...someone hits you, you hit them back. He was going to be banned, so he "hit back".Sgt.Peppers wrote:Ok, at first I was with you a little bit until I read that the part about him spamming, he didn't have to be so immature about it. anyways...before malolo was banned i had respect to the staff members. but now that he got banned for such a thing that started from a sig question....i have respect for staff members...except for one.
It wasn't just a sig violation, he had tons of sig violations and handled them in a very immature way. He's not coming back, period.
You understand wrong. Just because it wasn't removed doesn't mean it wasn't breaking the rules. As I said, it just hadn't been brought to our attention. It was removed way back in May, so please explain how it "didn't break any rules until Veegie made a big deal about it." That argument is flawed. Broken.Andrew_b wrote:Malolo didnt break any rules until veegie made a big deal about it. (from what i understand)
You're getting his version of the story, the story where he does nothing wrong and the big bad staff members swoop in and punish him for doing nothing. Newsflash: Nobody is ever punished for doing nothing. He claims he didn't break any rules. The way it should have been handled is that he should have made a thread or something about it. He was told that if he kept breaking the rules, he would be banned. He kept doing it, rather than making the responsible decision I just described. He had absolute, complete control over every single aspect of his punishment. He got himself banned, on purpose. He chose to get banned. Sucks to be him.
You say you have no respect for the staff member. Really? The staff member who actively tried to prevent him from being banned? He was given several clear chances, blatant warnings, everything. Your respect loss should be towards him, he denied every single opportunity he was given to stay. I guess that would make too much sense though. It's a lot easier to listen to the ranting of your friends and deny the truth. So have fun with your erroneous story and warped logic. In the meantime, we'll be getting on with our lives, not dwelling on the incompetence of a member who chose to get himself banned.
in less than 2 weeks three people have died in my family. Even though i didnt really know any of them it still doesnt change the fact that 3 people died in less than 2 weeks that my parents knew.
not to mention my upper toenail is still black from when i dropped the iguana cage on my toe.

you underestimate teh size of the cage, it takes two people to move it.

That's basically what happened to my fingernail. When it turns black...it's usually (if not always) dead. The new nail will come in and sort of push the dead one off...or in my case, the dead one will get soft and you get to rip it off of your finger yourself.Prey wrote:Hmm, I got that once. toes hurt alot... (especially when you have a loose nail and you go to the beach...the waves move it back and forth)GametagAeonFlux wrote:That's basically what happened to my fingernail. Yeah... It's the thought that counts ;p Half of my school is out in portables, and the other in a college. It's pretty... Lame in a way.SG911 wrote:But we can't use them so it's sorta pointless to have them.JK-47 wrote:At least you have lockers.
And not to offend anyone here... But the kids at my school are serious nerds. Like, way worse than ANYONE I've ever seen here (No, I'm not even calling anyone here nerds... I don't feel better about myself for calling people nerds). Usually, it doesn't bother me. But when I hear non stop chatter of building robot armies, and lasers, and changing our school mascot to the "NUAMES Nerds", with a cartoon guy in a suit and tie, and a pencil holder in his shirt and such, and how 'awesome' that would be (It was blue devils.. but of course, religious controversy). I usually don't trash on people for stuff like that, but I swear I was loosing my mind in Chemistry (I didn't know anyone in the class, and they were all talking about the most retarded things.. Fortunately, I know the teacher kinda well, so she let me leave for a little ;p).
The reason my school wasn't like this last year, was because there were 2 sites to my school, and they decided to merge them, and the kids from the other site are really snotty, and stuck up. The kids from my side are like, average students. But the kids from the south site get all this appraisal for being perfect little kids, so they have some shitty attitude towards us... I don't really mind, I just keep to myself, and my group of friends I have. That's good enough for me.

The first time it was me, but the second/third time it was someone else's locker. (The lockers are about 1" apart so I had my hand on that metal separator.)SG911 wrote:At least you get to use your lockers, we have lockers everywhere but we can't use them. But slamming your thumb it would suck, I'd at least learn to close it slowly by the 2nd time it got slammed.
funny how a topic can go from toes to lockers. Anyway i have a locker but never use it casue i dont need it, not to mention my locker is always so far away from my classes and i hate going against hallway traffic.

Uggh, my school is so crowded. After 1st period, I literally take around one step every 10 seconds until I get out into the open area. The prediction for the school count was for it to drop dramatically since the senior class from last year which was so huge was leaving. Saying that, the city decided to combine the freshman center to the school... pretty sure there are a few more hundred students now. You can't even see the floor in most hallways Stupid fish...
