Oh, I know what I do that's weird.

I take any type of writing utensil with a grip and push on the narrowed part at the tip, then slide it across my desk

For some reason, the rubber grips and releases causing a bouncing motion, but it's more like a buzzing sound because it goes kinda fast.

Whenever I walk on anything with lines/cracks going through them, I HAVE to step on the cracks/lines.
Since My job around the house is Loading/Unloading the dishwasher, I get angry whenever people dont put things in their designated areas (ie mugs + small cups on one side, tall glasses + wine glasses on the other)
I tap various rhythms with my fingers.

Also, I can move one eye so it's facing inwards, and the other isn't.

I know what you mean with the cracks. We have a tiled floor, and there is a border of tiles where every other is colored. If I'm looking at my feet, I tend to step where the tiles would be green had a checkered pattern ensued.

I tend to scratch at my head alot for no reason.

When I was younger, like way before highschool and before middle school, I used to do something and then do it again but backwards. Like I would turn to the right so many times and then I would turn back. When I turn my bike handle bars around I would turn them back around in the other direction even though I didn't need to.

Sometimes when I put something on my computer desk it makes me go a little nuts seeing it.

Sometimes when I'm eating dinner I look out the window a few times with no reason.

Can't think of anything else. Wait, hmm, would thinking about this topic very hard be odd?

I used to step within the checkered tiles at school, but I got over it and thank god because I wanted to kick the habit. It was annoying walking to lunch and having this urge to step on each square... yeah.

Sometimes my eyes will suddenly jump back and forth in the sockets, left and right. For some reason it happens a lot when I go into an open house (I know, weird) or a clean bathroom or something... I don't really know. But it just happens from time to time.

Some big vein on the right side of my neck pulses all the time, randomly.. I know you're thinking it's when I'm angry or whatever but no. It'll just start beating like my heart or something and one time I was in the bathroom getting medicine when it happened, so I looked in the mirror and I could actually see my neck beat outward with the vein... it's extremely weird.

And I tend to stroke my chin hairs a lot, even when they're only like a quarter inch long. :P

I was spacing out one time, and I realized that if given a choice I will always choose the seat at the dinner table that gives the best view of entrances to the room.

If I think of something and I know what I thought, I still have to proceed to say it in my head.

I have this weird thing when I go to sleep sometimes. It usually happens in the summer, in states of semi-awakeness. It is quite hard to describe, but it is sort of a vision, where simple things happen that are either small and proper, or large and improper. It's almost like a pinball table or something, but I can't really see what's going on, rather, I can feel it. Very odd indeed.
