Overclocking your Ti Calculator

Post by WaeV »

This looks pretty sick. I'll have to stop by radioshack sometime and get the parts. The idea to put different capacitors on a switch is a really good idea.
I think I'll add a slower setting as well so I can conserve power. "Power Conserve," Normal," "Fast," and "Extreme."

I saw this earlier and thought it was pretty funny. there's no reason for me to overclock my calculator, but it's still interesting nonetheless.

you should add LEDs so you know when you're in what mode. just be careful, you don't want to go over 88mph with that thing.
ASPARTAME: in your diet soda and artificial sweeteners. also, it's obviously completely safe. it's not like it will cause tumors or anything. >.>

Just out of curiosity, how does the Random integer work? How is it random?

My Calculator can find the Square root of 2/3 in 1 millisecond naows!

I might try this, if I ever get a TI calculator. Right now I just use the one with the Iphone.

I guess it's not possible with my N-spire CAS.

I was thinking about lowering the "5" button on mine, maybe painting the outer shell two-tone green with a thin white pinstripe. After that, maybe add a rubber/carbon fiber grip with adjustable cup holder.

HOT DAMN!

I would be so jealous if I saw a calculator that could do that.

I'd rather go for the sensible, reliable Japanese calculator.
