i personally dont believe in ghosts. Yes i believe in supernatural things such as demons and such...but ghosts are just crazy.

I believe demons like to make you crazy and scare you. Like my friend had a demon sighting...

They were all surrounding his house...walking in and out of rooms, and windows...freaking everyone out.

He said their bodies looked like when the tv has no reception (the snow effect or w/e)

whoa what's he huffin? ive seen demons too, though. in my cousins house. their has been a lot of strange shit going on there recently and when you are outside, even with others, you get an eerie feeling.

yes something like that. But then we forget about it and play Halo 2, Gears of War, and R6: Las Vegas on his 50" Plasma Screen TV.

For me its one of those things where I won't believe it until i see it/something happens to me. I respect other peoples opinions and experiences regarding ghosts but thats still not enough to convince me. I would have to experience it myself.

i have had three the first in my house when i was three i was woken up for apparently no reason and then i see a bright light going down my hall and getting closer to my dor then a lady appeared and closed my door in the same house my brother watched his fan turn by itself then fall off his desk and i remember when i was like two i would watch shadowy beings interacting and walking aroung in my hall way then in the next house after i moved about a week before i moved to my current house i was rudely awoken to a disembodied head shouting get out out so loud that i had to leave the room but nobody else could hear it and then in my current hose i woke up from a nightmare and i couldnt move my arms or legs and i just managed to get a glimpse of a shadowy figure just holding me down so im a big beliver that ghosts exist

sneakyn8, your condition with waking up in the night and not being able to move is quite known. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_paralysis
Your mind might then create the shadowy figure in your memory of the event later on, as an explanation of that.
The best cure for feeling creeped out at night is to listen to some Stryper.

That is REALLY good evidence for me that ghosts and other things like that can be explained through science.

For me, I dont really know if ghost exist, but I have seen my fair share of weird stuff.
Our house was brand new when we got it, no one had even slept in it. I have never even felt a shiver down my spine inside of my house.

But then again, I have still seen wierd things that scare me.

For example, lets take my friend, ''Ted'', He invited me to spend a night with him at his chalet at a local ski resort. Shortly after we get there, his parents leave to go do some some errands back in the city. So we sit down, relax, and watch a movie. After the movie, we decide to put our stuff upstairs in our rooms. I find a little jester doll, about a foot high, in his room.
''That, I have never seen before, maby a gift from Mom?'' 'Ted' says.

'Ted' goes downstairs to start another movie. I leave the jester on 'Ted's' bed, and as I leave the room, I feel an weird feeling, that I have never felt before. I go downstairs, to realize I left my boots downstairs. I bring them upstairs. As I walk up, I feel the ''shiver'' again, I continue up.

When I reach the top, I see, right there, sitting on the middle of the floor, the jester. I run downstairs, get ted, and we go to find the jester there again, but at the top step of the stairs. We instantly search the chalet for anyone else, but no one is there. We decide to lock the jester in a drawer in an empty room, and close the door.

We watch the movie, I feel the ''shiver'' again. ''Lets check on the jester.'' I said. We go up, to find the door to the room he was in open, and the drawer open. He escaped without a sound. We search, and we find him up on an ledge that you cannot reach.

He didnt move after that, but that was very very creepy.

I've had sleep paralysis maybe twice in my life. When it happened this decayed woman opened the door and started walking towards me. I woke up before she got to me. It really freaks you out because you know you're awake but you're still seeing things, quite real mind you, that shouldn't be possible.

Yeah. I had it once, but I didn't have any "vision" kind of thing with it. I just kinda fell back to sleep.

I've had three ghosts experiences. One just eh, one 1/2 and the other convincing.

Everyone said my great grandmothers house was haunted and once when playing hidin' seek I went upstairs and heard laughter in the closet. Yanking open the door and nothing was there.

I was going into an old house, don't worry it abandoned with not heirs to it. I tried to get open the door with a knife and when I dropped the knife the door knob shook as if someone was attemping to open it. I blew this off. Later on I fell through the window. Went and grabbed some super glue for my cuts and bandedged my self up. Later when we went back the screen door was locked (this is the door to a... closed patio behind the home). Now I opened the doored earlyier. Tripped me out. Oh and the old owner of the house used to make butcher knives.

Now this-

Me and my friend were doing bloody mary as a joke to scare my brother and his friends on his birthday. Well we held the door shut -- end concept we were just messin' with them. Anywho, my brother did it in the room and every was just hittin' each other. Yet I noticed when the lights were turned back one (this happened multiple times) the lights were bent up in different directions. Now there way to hot to move; esp. in the short of time. Later everyone was on the other side of the room and the light went out and I felt a big breeze and it pushed me over. I thought I was falling on to the bed, but I fell on the fish bowl with my head. Ouch. When the light came back on there was hand prints all down the side of my body. I blew this off... We scared my brothers friends resulting in just me, my brother and my friend, Jakob on the floor. I got a weird feeling and said Jakob, I think you need to get into my bed. He did and ten seconds later you here this wshwshswhsh. I screamed Jakob it's happening! Turned on my light and the fan was kicked into hyperdrive and the lights on the fan started spinning. Then the fan ripped out the ceiling, wires and all and fell right where Jakob wouldn've been sleeping. My mom accused me of hanging on the fan and ripping it out of the ceiling...

I'm sorry... Most of the stories I'm seeing on here are pure bullshit. This is why I do not believe in the traditional view of ghosts, is because almost all ghost stories are pure crap.
