A New Map Pack, Anyone want in?

i was thinking about making a map pack, but very little clue where to start.
if anyone is interested please let me know on aim. Also i want only like 5 maps not to many. also i look for very custom maps (not like night zanzibar) but like completely custom-
skins--- (not everything but most) and all cars must be custom

weapons would like sweet weapons but not required (strongly recommended)

a good sense of spookyness not a corney map,

im looking for four custom maps, i have already made one (still working on it)

if your going to make a map please dont use zanzibar, that where i made it

also if you have screenshot i would love to see them

and one last thing we need a good name
