We'll, i can't really see the picture, but i think it might be zanzibar. I haen't seen a mod like that, it might not even be a mod.

That's not zanzibar. That's a lockout mod. I have it on my xbox. It's a really nice map. I cant seem to find the link though.

That Map is Lockout and it is avaliable on Mimesis for download.
