I added a zanzi gate to ivory tower but i cant open it can someone help me and tell me how to open it?

did you copy the gates CTRL into the map and position it somewhere?
and make sure its linked to the gate.

How do i link it to the gate?

in insolence, there will be something in the CTRL of the gate somewher that shhould reference the gate, im not 100% sure tho... but it will be in that area somewhere

I read something about someone saying you add device groups to link them how do I do that?

Post two, has a description. Basically though, the CTRL and MACH each have a Value that point to a chunk number in the DeviceGroup reflexive. So to link up different items--like containment gates--there are two chunks in the DeviceGroup. Mach/Ctrl set 1 has these values at 0, and set 2 has the values at 1. So for example, to switch the gates on containment, just switch the chunk reference number in each mach to 1 or 0 (whatever the value is not already). Then if hit blue gate CTRL it will activate red gate.

In your case, just clone a device group chunk. And then set both the MACH and CTRL value to the number of the new device group. I don't know which value it is but it is there.

ok but there is no device groups in zanzibar how do i add it?

Zanzibar has a gate with a ctrl, so it must a at least one device group.

That would be a problem. And sorry your last post said Zanzibar. I haven't seen anyone with a good solution for adding reflexives yet. If you really want the gate, you could pull the zanzibar scnr as a whole into ivory tower and then rework all the dependencies and spawn points, etc.

yea i tried that i couldnt change anything it froze every program i have lol but thanks for the help
