HELP! (DOt Halo and DDS Questions!!!)

I Have Photoshop and the DDS Plugin, but whenever i import the bitmap to lets say a ghost, it doesnt appear on the map?
WHY?!?!?
Also, I Need to know how to change the speed of the characters like how fast they run.
How do i make players or vehicles invincible?

internilize the bitmap or clear the cache
under matg globals there are speed settings
USE THE SEARCH NEXT TIME!

i change em but they dont work.
And i clear the cache , doesnt work,
and what is internilize mean?

But once i learn it i'll get the hang of it.

its called search you should try it,
on that note..... internalizeing a bit map is where instead of the warthog skin is in another map like (shared.map) its built into zanzibar or any other map.
so instead of it reading from (shared.map) it will read from the map your playing
you would need a bitmap internalizer

Now i just need to no why my speed changer isant working.
