Thats the ODST marine from the deltaaproach map, all you have to do is transfer the marine from there and change it's variation to the ODST

the variation tell the object to have certain physical properties. In the bipd of the marine you would want to change default variation to odst_cky, i think that was the variation ill check and edit it if i am wrong.

you just click on the bipd or hlmt of the marine and choose variations and change it from default or whatever it is when you transfered.

go the the variation tag in the hlmt of the marine and swap the text of the first chunk, johnson, with chunk 5, should be odst_cky, so that they swap places. that should fix it

I've been trying to get the ODST too. (This post was on the first page, so making my own post would be a waste.)

I've imported the marine, I've changed the variation to odst_cky, and I've tried replacing both the hlmt of a character model and replacing the bipd, but I can't get it right.

Changing the Hlmt tag: My marine isn't an ODST, it's a... well, he's one messed up dude. It's pretty much like the thing decided, I'll take this head, with this body, with this helmet/hat, with these packs.

Changing the Bipd tag: I get a normal looking marine. You know, green, normal helmet. etc.

It's really frustrating. How do I correct this problem?

[quote]Note: The ODST does not have animations for Dual Wielding!

Step 1- Open Maps
First, open Insolence. Now, open the multiplayer map in which you would like to play as an ODST. Also open any campaign map in which you encounter ODSTs. For this tutorial I will use beavercreek.map and 05a_deltaaproach.map.

Step 2- Drag & Drop
To bring the ODST into the multiplayer map, you only need to click and drag only one thing over, and that is the HLMT tag.
Navigate to objects\characters\marine\marine, left click once to select it, and then left click again on the tag and drag and drop it into beavercreek.map's tag-list window.

Step 3- MoveBox
Each time you drag & drop a tag, a small status box will pop up to give you information about what the program is doing while you wait. The longest part is usually "Relinking", but in this case it will be moving the sounds (that don
