so, letts kill the rumors... is the golden warthog on headlong fake or not?

the golden warthog is real. its on a sign above banshee spawn.
but truly it doesnt exist. ive even looked in tags in entity and nothing points to a golden warthog or can spawn one

There is no golden warthog. That's it. There's an invincible warthog in campaign, but it isn't gold.

Yes it is fake. No golden warthog skin exists on headlong. Nor is the skin 'hidden' somewhere else in the map file. Search will yeild multiple topics on the subject

no im not new to halo 2 i got a friend that gave me a pic on him and someone les on a golden warthog? hiss ) friend took the pic, prob modded)...iv bin looking for it to and havent find it.so just wanted to have the pro

Well thats half the fun, you get into a game turn on your Capture card with abunch of buddies and watch some desprate dumbass try and get the hog then laugh about it

LOL. I remember when I modded on live (not proud of it, but i'll admit it), I skinned the warthog to look all golden and crap and kept messing with everybody to do this crazy stuff and I finally spawned one from a fuel rod cannon I hid on the map. It was hillarious. It came falling from the sky out of nowhere and everyone was like, "HOLY F***ING SH7T!". LOL.
