HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I have everything in there right folders.
This is a Virgin xbox in the sense that it was just softmodded and halo2 was just put on it's HDD.

What am i doing wrong?
I Enable "Disable Auto Update" and i Enable "Dev Mode" but nothing happens, ive also only got 1 controller plugged in.

You need to put the .bmp in the skins folder.

I found out what it was i had the 1.1 AU default.xbe and not the original default.xbe .
