Animation problem

Im making a machinima and I wanted to create a custom pelican landing. first I wanted to use existing recorded animation but it never look as I want. I tried to create the animation on 3dsmax (using the NodeMarkerImporter from GbxModelConverter) but the vehicle dont move in the game, it just stop to animate... Are there any ways to do it?

Are you running the animation through scripts?

Yes, and I already do it for bipeds without problems
