HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

hey

in 3ds max 9 i downloaded the 3ds max 9 blitzkreig dlls and when i try to put them in system 32 it says
"****.dll is being used by another prossess"
so i cant overwrite it
ive tried rebotting
Why is this?

Use this application and delete and it i dont thing blitzkreig can work on max9 anymore so i suggest to use ghost's script.
