Here it is, everything you need to start mapping in one easy download.
The AIOLP includes,
-Halo CE
-HEK
-HMTv3.5
-Halo Map Version Converter
-HaloCE dev tool
-all the video tutorials
-Desert_Island
-Blitzkreig for 3ds max 6, 7, & 8
-Links to Paint shop pro X and 3ds max 8 are also included
Note that all of this stuff is free except for Paint shop pro X and 3ds max,
thats why i posted links to them. Second note, you must have HaloPC to d/l HaloCE!

Llama, I tried to add you over MSN but you must not have been there.
I need to speak to you about one of the files in this pack.
The HaloCE Dev Tool, is that alldev? If it is, I cannot let you post the link again. The dev tool was never meant for public release (The one Paulus made at least) and the one by BitterBanana is illegal here.

Yes it was.He just wrote in his app that it shouldn't be but he knew back then that it would be released

Even then, I talked with BEEF about dev programs, and, even though the community doesn't see them as harmful (hell, when I work on maps, it helps me out quite a lot), it's against HaloMods rules to post direct links to anything that has the dev apps.
The rule is apparently there to boost the anti-cheating image, whether it be on H2 or Halo PC.

like p0lar said it helps a great deal when making maps. and in some cases for people who like making movies. but the majority of the people who play halo ce dont know how to make maps or make movies. so what else are they gunna have to use it for except cheat? and even though in the app its says cheating will be hard, it's the simplist thing to do. its better we try to keep it out of reach best we can

Beef didn't make the rule. He's only enforcing it. Until Grenadiac or some other site administrator descends from the heavens and says otherwise, you can't post links to alldev here. Just accept the rule and move on.
