Plain and simple, Halo CE is a version of Halo pc that allows users to make and play custom maps.

Halo:CE=Halo:Custom Edition.
Its a version of Halo made OFFICIALLY by Gearbox FOR modded and user created content, and maps. Its only for download, its not on disc, but you NEED halo:PC installed, and a Halo:PC CD-Key.
