Hidden Commands

I found this when i pressed tab in halo ce console during dev mode but when i type them nothing happens. how do i use these and what do they do?

Many of those were used by the programmers of the game to debug things and ensure that everything worked as it was supposed to. Most of them don't work, or have hidden features yet to be discovered.

Well it really doesn't matter. If you want to find out what the commands do, use them. If you can't use them, there isn't a point in asking about them.
