im in a clan (5th Rangers) and i wanna add sum stuff 2 my name (Spartan-117) is there a way i can get more space?

but you can shorten it like

Sprtn-117

or something

or change it completely to something like WorshipPie (which fits by the way)

C:\Documents and Settings\<insert_ur_user_here\My Documents\My Games\Halo CE

That will contain all the haloce name. I think you can just rename it to make it bigger.

No you can't. I found the file that does need it. The name originally in the file was Apocalypse. 0x09 0x00. Those were the first characters. I change the name to this. [.H.A.].~.E.x.i.l.e.L.o.r.d. by inserting 8 spaces of blank bytes into the file. Then I changed the first character to 0x14 0x00 to represent that it had 14 characters in the name. It appeared to work in game but it was cut off at [HA]~ExileLo. I was close but it must be hardcoded.

I do know a fair deal of hex editing by the way.
