HaloCE gamespy master server down?

yippie another n00by topic...
well whenever i try to get online to play haloCE, i check for updates, fine, then i getr to teh lobby and when i click the button that looks for servers nothing comes up, everything on my comp becomes exttremley lagged and after 5 minutes it said " The Gamespy Master Server cannot be accessed, it may be down or you may have to change your browser settings" and its so stupid cus just last night it worked fine! whats going on!?!?!??

it seems so weird for a hunter to be asking this sort of problem... fell like a grunt right now...
