blitzkrieg problem HELP!?!?!?!

for 3d max 7 i got blitzkrieg 6 and when i try to copy the 4 dll files into system32 it sais it is being use by another program, what do i do?

1. calm down

2. restart you computer

3. try to copy them again

4. if it doesn't work try closeing all the stuff on your toolbar.

Hey i cant export to jms but this is only after i link the gun to the frame. What do i do. Need help badly.
