Tutorial Help

Okay, when Kirk did all of that on the tutorial, did he mention that some photoshops are kind of expensive?

Anyways, on topic:

I was wondering where I can get the render for grunt skin or elite skin. If you can help, thanks.

You can get the grunt or elite skin by extracting it from a HaloPC SP Level with HMT. As for the Photoshop part, yeah, it's a bit pricy, but you can get GIMP (free alternative) which pretty much does anything you would need to do in Photoshop.
