Dragonball z mod request

I have an awesome idea for a mod, I dont know if this has been done before but here goes
For the character I think it should be goku, and when you hold ctrl you go faster and you do that wierd running thing like when he runs like super sonic
The weapon should be a plasma rifle, but instead it comes out of his hands, the way it shoots should be every time a blue thing goes out the arm would be like this \_ but when there is no plasma bolt coming out it's like this /_ so it keeps moving back and forth as it shoots
I dont know if this is possible but when you jump I think you should make it so you go up in the air high up and stay there and you can shoot at people from the sky as if they were floating but as soon as you move you start falling back to the ground, I also think it would be better 3rd person, you cant get hurt from hitting the ground and for the grenades, I think you should have a huge thing that takes like 5 seconds to charge up and when you throw it it causes a huge explosion but takes a while to charge up so it isnt cheap, also there should be different color bolt things as different weapons, the level that it would be on doesnt matter
So whoever can do this please start working on it ASAP, and if you have any questions about what I mean just post a question

Are there any modders out there that can have this accomplished? If not can anyone tell me a site where I should request this where theres like an almost 100% chance someone will take on this challenge?

Well give it a shot, Im going to try this in the summer if noone else finishes it, I cant right now though cause I have exams coming up and everything. Also what I mean by the jumping thing since I wasnt too clear you press space bar and you go into the air and stay airborne and you're able to shoot but not walk around, once you walk you start falling back down to the ground

Can anyone tell me the program I would need to start making something like this and where to download them? Ill just mess around and figure out how to use them, I am a man after all, lol. So if you can tell me the programs Ill need just post it here with the title and link thx

get gmax and you need a lot of experience before starting so you will get the look that you desire.Come back in a few weeks and learn how to model and do mapping

I have a new idea for it, I played the sentinel/library level, and I want the characters to have the same properties or whatever as the sentinels just they look different

i could make a fairly baisic version of this mod. im no expert by any means but i could probably take a plasma pistol, make it in visible so it appears the bolts fly from MC's hands and it already has a charge shot built in which i could increase in power and charge time. i could make the jump extremely high and turn on wall walking so you would stick to the ceiling with a larger jump power i could add in. i cant change the model though. im no good at that and unless you want to constantly run fast..i dont know how to assign a key to speed increase.

Ill help pope Im pretty decent in all areas of modding halo ce except scripting.. I can model maps I can get them ingame Im not all that fast tho.. I can do some stuff in gurilla I know ALOT about weapons tags from trying to get dual wielding to work, I know a little about vehicles.. not enough to make one good though i need physics and all that stuff.. i dont kno how to do that.. I can animate weapons and put in fp weapon animations Im trying to learn how to make bipeds i can make them in max but i have yet to get one ingame the only way i see to do it is use the master cheif animation triggers which holds like 100 + diff animations it looks like to me in gurilla. Theres some other stuff i missed to I can animate scenery also.. doesnt synch of course tho.. and all that destroyed scenery seems simple.. i could proly fig that out

I kno this is a huge friggin bump but I think this mod could be kool seeing the stuff jahrin did for his zelda mod they got alot there.. the areials with the biped the roles the sword swings and attacks all seems like its strait out of a zelda game. After seeing that a mod like this could also pwn alot too :wink:

Ya make the Kamahama things projectile look like the Covie beam from level a10. I moded my a10 map where my nades fired like the beam and it was cool!

i was just thinking about doing this with my friend (we might get started this weekend) but sum1 else might b makeing it n im not the best modder so if they fiish i might just make a crapy map or 2 :D
