Sapien Problem : Where's the tutorial.scenario tag

I have tried looking everywhere and i can not seem to find tutorial.scenario tag file ANYWHERE. Do you have to download it or something. Ive look on the inter (youtube, forums, google) and i cant find anything about it. ive tried on Guerilla and nothing there.
If anybody could help me that would be great!
