Tool compiling Single Player Levels

whenever i run tool and try to compile b30 all i get is an error message stating i know how to compile maps, i can do it for multiplayer, and i have extracted the entire level with hek+ it is also the b30.map for custom edition, not halo pc, all i keep getting is game globals did not specify multiplayer information, is there a way around this? please help me
