Tool wont compile.

Hey ppls, i'm working on a map project and was just about to export it as a *.jms and then compile the level with Tool. When I get this error:
EXCEPTION halt in .\import_collision_bsp\build_collision_bsp.c,#387: global_plane_count<MAXIMUM_BSP3D_DEPTH
Now, ive asked several people and they have said that either the frame is too far away from the level, the level is too far away from 0,0,0 or the level is too big. Well since the frame isnt too far away from the level, the level aint too far away from 0,0,0 and its not even close to hugeass size, I dont know what the problem is. If any of you might know please tell me cause this have been bugging me for a while now and i need to finish this project.

Try these.
1.Make sure frame is on 0 of the Z axis
2.Make sure the frame is close to the map model
3.make sure the bottom of youre map is on 0 of the Z axis
4.if there are big drops make sure they are no bigger than 3000
5.make sure youre map model is alligned to 0, 0, 0
maybe post a pic of the map in 3ds/gmax with the grid showing and frame showing

As i said, the frame is close to the map model and is at 0 on the z axis.
the bottom of my map is on 0 of the z axis? dont get that but the map itself is on 0,0,0 (x,y,z) and i dont think that there are any big drops other than the map? ill post a pic tho
Btw the map name is Angel Island and once i fix this error im gonna release an alpha of it asap, so check for it!

Is the Floating Island Thing Above 3000Units In air?

yea, i have to lower it?
the weird thing is it worked with this height before, plus i dont think it does any diff if i lower that one since its in the box which is at 0,0,0...

is that box and you level separate geometry? i mean the skybox not the frame. if so, select your level geometry, and attach (not link, attach. there is a button) the skybox to it.Also Try lowering to Also. Just to check.

What's the triangles count on that mesh? It could be that.

from what? its possible to get there, with sapien and cams, you cant get there if there arnt some kinda hole in the wall leading there or a teleporter leading there.
anyway this is off topic, i rly need help with my error, the things you said snip3r doesnt work and that little box is the secret room lol if u didnt already get that and i tried lowering and that but still gives me the error. Kirby422 told me to export as 3ds and reset scene and then re-import then it might work, he also said it takes more work doing this cause it separates faces and renames stuff... but when i first got the error i tried that and it worked but it doesnt work anymore.

Your secret room Cannot be outside the skybox. It's impossible, can't be done. It has to be inside it. Okay?

You cant put a teleporter there if you cant even see it in sapien or ingame.

for gods sake im tellin you, i even went there with sapien, want a movie clip or something?
i went there, put a tele (in older version tho) and i teled there,
i also got there by a peli lol but it IS possible
and also the room is the skybox therefore im not out of it. and its possible to get out of the skybox even so, like when u fall out the map or glitch out with a pelican.
