How do you add rain or snow to your ce map?

can someone post a tutorial of how to do this. i assume its like making wind, but i cant find any tags for rain or snow. this is one thing that is definately easier with halo pc than ce...

there was one a while back. If you go into guerilla & look at a few tag things...i think it's...hold on-i'll try & find the tut & post it.

you go to add a weather_particle thingy. But there are no existing ones. You will need to make your own. Its not that hard......or you can ask a friend who has had weather in tehre maps to let you hae one. Hope you have a good friend. And i was lookin' at making one and it didnt look that hard......well for me it did
