tool structure problem

ok i need some help i have my map finished but when i type tool structure and all that crap i get this i have my shaders in the right spot and there named right i have made like ten new ones and nothin works please help Image

what shader do i pick or what did i do wrong in 3ds max thanks

You did something wrong in 3dsmax but you have to select "shader_environment". This happens when there isnt a working shader and it creates one for you. Its all white but you can edit it.
