SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!

on the begginer tutorial on this site the guy tells you to open up command prompt and then navigate down to your halo ce route directory. im not sure what he meens by that. can anyone help me?

ok
go under the start menu click run.Type cmd and that open up the comand promt.Now you type:
"X:\program files\microsoft games\halo cutom edition\tool.exe"
With " .X is the drive where you have halo ce installed.

download toolgui and place it into your haloce dircetory.Then you have to type only the comands.

in the toolgui you type:
bitmaps levels\yourlevel\bitmaps
