Maybe you can provide some more info on what you're doing... And did you try making a map as well ? (that's a lot easier)

If tool closes (you can type again), then there's something wrong.
Other than that, you HAVE to ignore that error. Or try and make your own. But we don't know what's supposed to be in them.

banshee cockpit.light_volume?

Ever since I completed this tut and made a interesting looking (but working) cone-shaped ufo, sapien has refused to open and says i'm missing banshee cockpit.light_volume. None of my friends seem to even have the file so i'm very stuck right now.

I think u should (re)check ur tags, there's indeed no light_volume tag for the banshee cockpit.. :?

Anyone ever made a real new vehicle instead of replacing an existing one ? I'd like to have all other vehicles available as well..

Anyway i've tried this tut and everything goes well but i can't enter my vehicle, i don't get the message 'Press E to enter ....' when i stand at the driver-hint spot. I've got a model with markers and a CG with markers and i don't get any errors when exporting and building.

Anyone knows why i can't enter it ?
i got this problem it show up on my map i got all the marker on, the power seat but it will not let me in. it will let me flip it if it upside down and also it let me walk through it in most places. i don't know if this will help but because it would not let me use it for the collision geometry i just made a square for the collision geometry and the ship i'm using is the fighterbomber (longsword)

and my friend thinks it because i'm using 3dsmax 7

omg whenever i try tot export model as jms it says there are no actors to support export failed. WTF!!!!!!! :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:
what should i do can someone help?

You need to have a box called frame and link your model to it, then export it as jms. A small box will do, e.g. 10x10x10.

can you make a video tutorial?
About the animation thing if you use gmax you cant make an animation .jma file so could you skip that?
