Okay in sapien...
Just got my tags working and I've started placing scenery in my new map. Problem is when I put scenery through the ground (like the bottom part of a tree or base) to prevent it from..you know..floating and stuff ;D it shows this red...circle slashie thing. The little "NO DON'T DO THAT" sign. Anyway it shows that sign and when I build the map file and run it the scenery that is "under" the level will not show up in game. I know this makes sense and all but...what I'm wondering is this: I KNOW other levels are able to do this because I've seen other levels with rocks/trees halfway underground.....is it just me?
How can I let sapien know not to discard my scenery even if its a little submerged in my map? If possible...
Picture for clarity!

I dont think thats what he's asking. He's asking how do I make it so the scenery is through the ground and still being able to compile. My guess is you compiled the scenery at 0,0,0. And you moved the scenery mark down to 1 on the Z axis pushing it out of the level. Possibly if you compile your scenery so it would be part way underground whilst the marker still being in the level.
Yeah I know...but I need it lower T_T
I guess theres nothing I can do about it ;_;
Unless I raise all the ground in gmax...you know past 0,0
sigh ...say hello to floating trees
