When i import the marines they get messed up the game works but the marines are looking like monsters (not cool!!) help plz

You didn't decrap the model of the marine. Re-do the rebuild, and make sure to include the marine model in the decrapping phase. You said in the PM that you managed to get the weapons ok, so i asume you know how to decrap stuff.

I decraped the marine_armored do i have to decrpap the marine to?

Which marine did you use?

Marine_armored not major

Here is what i do
1 Batch Extract metadata from Danger Canyon
2 Extract BSP model section from Danger Canyon
3 Extract Bipd Actv and Actr from SP map Marine_armoreD not major
4 Generate raw model CVS from the same SP map Marine_armored
5 Extract raw model form CVS files
6 Decrap the model i extracted
7 Paste the sbsp.meta over the one in Batch Extract
8 Copy all the files into the build folder + a copy of the Dangercanyon map
9 rebuild the ma and add all of the files inside Marine_armored (yes i open the folders before i add them
10 Copy it into my mapfolder and play
11 the marines look like monsters but the assault rifle is okay

well what do you mean by monsters? Like are they all stretched out, or do they look like flood?

Post a picture of your problem. You can use the "Print Screen" Button in the upper right of your screen to make a copy of whatever is showing on it at the time, then paste it in paint and save it.

I tried again and this time they got invisible lol.
im norwigian so my english isnt that good, but how do i add pictures to my post?

well u could get a free account on http://imageshack.us and post link from there, or include the picture as download,o yehi 4got u cant n this section....o wel maybe post under artwork or other section and post link!

Ok...i dont have time to read this. but after you decrap the model. Be sure to delete the powerups in the bipd and actv folders.

That usually is the problem.
