Do you care if Halo ce maps are converted to Halo pc? Would you rather run them in the pc version or ce?

I'd say PC because a lot of people have PC and not CE.

I would much rather them in PC because for some reason or another, my computer won't allow me to host or join games in CE, so i can't play on it.

Lets just say, Some mac useres are converting ce maps to pc.
Lets say, these peaple are planning to protect these maps against pc users so you cant use them. Their reason is to prevent ce from dying.
Opinion? Do you care?

no i dont cuz HPC and HPCE is dying anyway, us HPC modders are a dying breed also

I have a split opinion on this.
Mainly i WANT CE maps to stay CE, or at least PROPER permission gotten for the conversion from the origanal author and not just some credit bullshit. On the other hand most of the mods i do are based at least a light on CE content so to stay at that i use CE "maps" as a way to mod PC.
Eitherway i would much prefer CE maps in CE becuase CE maps are jsut as likely to be played in CE with the map name listed in the UI.
