Halo mainmenu background

Hi everybody
sorry if I placed topic in wrong forum.
Anybody know how to extract mainmenu background? (I think it's some kind o video, .bic maybe.Correct me if I wrong)

Yes I do. If you whant to extract the Halo then open UI.map and look for senery. THen halo. Recusuvly save the meta.
For the space its in the sky tag.

Haha,very funny.
If I correct in opinion that background is a video file,then all what's needed is an extractor like Dragon Unpacker compatible with Halo files.
But looks like I'm wrong.
At least,better to ask an have straight answer,than have a headache because of un-knowledge,dont it?

Maybe I'm just a lamer, but... what I have to do with all this stuff?
I'm not a modder, not even a good pc user, so please tell me what i must do to receive some kind of videofile?

Lol glad to help! Lol I would release a tut for converting level's but the mods tell us not to.

you've got to be joking me, it is sad how the community holds the community back
, won't let you release it, if people want to work for a rebuilt map they should be able to.
